Who we are
Sol Invictus LLC (“Sol Invictus,” “we,” “us”) provides marketing websites, Google Business Profile optimization, review automation, and lead follow-up systems to local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect on solinvictus.ai and its subdomains, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form, take our Lead Leak Audit, or request a call, we collect the information you give us: typically your name, business name, trade, zip code, phone number, email address, and your answers to the audit questions. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referring links, through cookies and similar technologies including the Meta Pixel, Reddit Pixel, and Vercel Analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, send you the audit results or information you asked for, schedule and hold calls with you, provide and improve our services, and measure the performance of our advertising. If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, the Reddit Pixel, and Vercel Analytics to understand how people find and use our site and to show relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and receive hashed versions of contact details you submit so that conversions can be matched to ad campaigns. You can manage ad preferences through your Facebook and Reddit account settings and your browser’s cookie controls.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), automation tooling (Make.com), email delivery (Resend), and hosting (Vercel), and only as needed to deliver what you asked for. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@solinvictus.ai. Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
